Overview
Laingsburg Municipality has five Departments responsible for various services within the municipal area. These are: Corporate Services; Infrastructure ; Community Services and Financial Services and Strategic Services.

This Department manages the financial affairs of the Municipality. The Department is responsible for:
- All revenue collection, by means of assessment rates; service fees, other charges and sundry revenue.
- Supply chain management
- Expenditure management
- Management of the municipal investment and insurance portfolio
- The annual budget, the financial statements and all accounting functions
